  • Do you have a walk-in store where I can see the products before purchasing?

    Our business is 100% online-based and we do not have a walk-in shop where you can come and see the beads and findings. We run two online shops in parallel - our own dedicated online shop can be found here: www.kolibribeads.com - We also sell beading supplies on the Etsy portal here: https://www.etsy.com/ie/shop/KolibriBeadSupplies Orders placed online are sent within 24 working hours to many destinations in the world. We do not have a physical shop or warehouse where you can come and see the goods. All our products can be found together with an accurate description and pictures in our shop. Please ask us if you need more info or additional pictures. If you order an item and don't like it, you can always send it back against a full refund.


  • I am having trouble during checkout and cannot complete the order, can you help?

    There are several possibilities and no single answer for this. If you are getting three consecutive asterisks as an error, then you have selected a product that is currently out of stock or you have selected a higher quantity of a particular option than what is available. In the checkout screen, you can see three asterisks (stars) next to the affected product. Please amend the quantity accordingly. If you get any other issue, e.g. access issues or Paypal issues, please send us an email or a message and we will reply ASAP.

    Kindly note that for various security reasons, older browsers/ mobile phones are not supported by our website. You might also be blocked if you use a VPN, if your browser has spying overlays due to malware or if you are trying to load the website in an external window.

  • What products do you sell at kolibribeads (Kolibri Bead Supplies)?
    We sell beading supplies for jewellery-making. Our selection includes glass beads, crystal beads, wooden beads, seed beads, round beads, square beads, sterling silver beads, plated beads, metal beads, stainless steel beads, acrylic beads, alphabet beads, beading cord, knotting cord, macrame cord, leather cord, faux suede cord, nylon cord, pearl knotting cord, lobster clasps, spacers, sterling silver findings, plated findings, pearls, fresh water cultured pearls, pins, eye pins, head pins, aluminium chain, steel chain, silver chain and the list goes on!

  • What are your payment options?
    We accept major credit cards through PayPal services (you do not need to open a PayPal account), bank transfer and cash payment upon collection from the designated pick-up point. Your credit card information and bank details are never requested by us or stored on our system. The only information we see is what is needed to process and deliver your order, i.e. your name, address and phone number.

  • How do I order from your website?
    - Search your items from the dedicated shop search box or through the menu.
    - Add your items to your shopping cart.
    - Click on checkout and enter your details and any coupon /gift codes.
    - Pay conveniently with your card, gift coupon or select pay via bank transfer or cash on delivery.
    - You will then receive a confirmation and your items will be shipped on the following day.
    If you have selected bank transfer or cash on delivery, we will contact you personally with a confirmation that your order has been packed and is ready for collection or payment.
     
  • What are your delivery options?
    Normal unregistered post, registered post, DHL Express or UPS Express. Kindly note that you do not receive a tracking code for standard post.
     
  • Can I order over the phone, via facebook or by email?

  • Do your metal products contain nickel?
    All our metal beads and components are regarded as "Nickel Free". This does not automatically mean that they contain absolutely no nickel but rather that their level of nickel is equal or below strict levels governed by EU Regulations and Directives. If you are not really allergic to nickel, you should not worry about the levels of nickel in our products. Nickel is a natural element, which is added to metals such as steel in tiny amounts to make it shiny and bright. Unfortunately we have no means of testing products and have to rely on labels and on what we are told by our suppliers/manufactures. For this reason we also get our products from renowned suppliers/manufacturers such as Beadsmith, Beadalon, Griffin, etc.

  • Do you deliver abroad?
    Yes, we also deliver outside of Ireland. We also have many clients in Germany, Austria, Spain, UK, Italy, Holland, Greece, Malta, Canada, USA and many other countries.
